“We are thrilled to see the pace of adoption of Disciplined Agile by enterprises continues to accelerate. A recent research report by Forrester identifies DAD as one of the top four enterprise agile frameworks (the others being SAFe, LeSS, and Nexus). We rely on our membership to help us spread the word, so please use your social networks to retweet the @scottwambler tweets, post your own and use the hashtag #disciplinedagile at every opportunity. We have seen Disciplined Agile is really making a difference in the companies that we work with, but we need to hear from you about your experiences. Please share!
AGILE ALLIANCE CONFERENCE IN ATLANTA, GEORGIA
We are proud to have been a Silver Sponsor at the Agile Alliance Conference this year. We met a lot of great people that were either following a Discipline Agile approach or were in the process of adopting one. Scott Ambler gave the keynote, "The Agile Database Techniques Stack: Bridging the Agile/Data Cultural Divide". Everyone received a copy of the new version of the DA 2.0 poster. It is the landing page of Disciplined Agile 2.0. It resonated well with many people.
We’re looking forward to the Agile 2017 conference which will be held in
Orlando, Florida on August 7-11, 2017. Hope to see you there!
Join us for Dinner with Scott Ambler: A Disciplined Delivery of Food and Conversationon September 13 in Richmond, Victoria, Australia. This dining event is the second installment of dining agile dinners, following up from the hugely successful Stories From Around the World with Alistair Cockburn.
Mark Lines will be presenting the opening keynote, "Disciplined Agile: Pragmatic Agile for the Enterprise" at the Unicom Agile Expo on October 12. If you are there, please introduce yourself. The DA105: Disciplined Agile In A Nutshell will be offered on October 11 before the opening of the conference. For information and registration.
The new version of the Disciplined Agile 2.0 poster is now available! We’ve been doing a lot of great work around the "DA poster" as you’ve hopefully noticed on the DA home page. A beta version of a roles-based view of the diagram is also available and hope you will find it interesting. September’s webinar will be a walk through of the workflow depicted on the poster, so we hope you’ll have the opportunity to attend it.
